I would want someone who is flexible and been around a long time. They have seen the ups and downs and understands the current market and the indicators as to were it may be headed. It is all about asking the right questions. Interview a few (or more if needed) agents. Ask some questions and see what they have to say. If they are selling the hype, how much they will do and just make outrageous claims my experience is to pass on them and find a more grounded, realistic agent. They might not sound as exciting as the one who promises the Sun and Moon but they almost always end up outproducing the ones who do.
