housing statistics in every city of the maricopa county

looking to buy a house there. need to get 1. total houses, 2. total vacant houses, 3. total foreclossure, short sales, everage sale price, % of sale price to list price, in each city and census tract of the maricopa county. Or please tell me where to get such info. thanks.

David you are welcome to read my blog on April/May statistics this will give you an overview of the entire mls, but wanting it broken down by city is asking quite a bit when you have not hired an agent to represent you as you have seen by the replies below, which I would have to say are all right on. When you select an agent to represent you they will help you with narrowing down your search then get you the information you are looking for.

Jay is right on. Not one agent will have all that info on each city unfortunately. I can provide you with a valley wide analysis with the information you are asking, but it is not broken down into each city. I can also tell you roughly which cities that are doing worse than others, so that you can limit your search to the cities that are doing the best, once your top cities have been decided I can make an analysis for you for those cities.
