The property is being marketed as a short sale and has a contract on it. SHort sales often come back to market as the buyers do not want to wait or the offer is not sufficient to satisfy the bank.

The property you are asking about is a potential short sale and currently has an offer on it that was accepted by the seller. But the seller is still accepting additional offers as the bank sorts through all the paperwork, which may take another month or two.

There is a similar home available for $229,900, which is a price-approved short sale, so we know the bank will accept this amount. If you'd like more information, please call or email me.

P.S. I lived in Central New Jersey for 12 years prior to moving to Naples in 1999.
