Hi Betty, this house in not currently "on the market". It was on the marekt and recently (2/09) the listing expired and it has not been re listed. It originally went on in 5/08 with a list price of $1,199,000 had several price reductions with the list price being $875,000 when the listing expired.

Currently it is in pre forclosure status with a Notice Of Default filed early this past March.

The owners more then likely would still like to sell it and quite possibly something could be worked out. If you are trully interested in seeing it you need to contact your Realtor or if you don't have a Realtor then connect with one and they should be able to see about investigating the situation in more detail.

Betty- As Pam answered it is no longer active. It was listed for $1,199,000. The listing expired 2/1/09. I would imagine that it will be listed again as a foreclosure. I have a free service that will email you when new foreclosure listings come on the market. You can set it up at http://www.karenfleming.com. Karen

Hi Betty--this house was on the market for $875,000 but the listing expired in February. A notice of default has been filed and it is in pre-foreclosure but not on the active market at the moment. If you would like to know more, please let me know --or your agent if you are working with one--and it can be further investigated. It was vacant when on the market previously. The original asking price was well over a million when if first came on the market nearly a year ago.
