there are two properties on the market on Poplar
265 Poplar about 2200 sq.ft. property and the 2007 taxes are listed at 11,933.68 $
price reduced from 849,750 $ to 799 K bought in Nov. 08 for 1,010,000 $
290 Poplar about 2344 sq.ft. property and the 2007 taxes are listed at 12,0389 $
was bought in 2006 for 865 K and is now at 849,900 $

It looks as though there is a credit at closing that would pretty much cover the cost of the taxes! Also, there may be a $15,000. economic stimulus bonus to anyone who buys a new house in the near future.
Right now, just first time buyers enjoy the $7500. tax credit. Interest rates are currently around 5% for 30 yr. fixed.

Hi Geo,
The 2007 property taxes are 11,934. This home has been recently update ,so that may not yet be in the tax calculation. Let me know if you have any other questions.
