Unfortunately, North Carolina does not at this time have a reciprocity agreement with California. But you may want to inquire with the North Carolina or California Real-Estate Commissions http://(www.ncrec.state.nc.us). There may be the option for "special circumstances".

With regard to seeing productions of an agent. I don't know what MLS you belong to. I can only refer to the Triangle MLS here in the Raleigh area. One way would be to subscribe to one of the commercial services such as Market Intelligence, which is a very good service. The other way would be to create a "Custom Report", which you can learn how to do in one of the training classes.

To get this type of information in a "Custom Search", you would add the fields for "Listing Agent Code" and "Selling Agent Code" into your new search. You would also want to add the "Listing Status" field so you could select whether to search for Active, Closed, Expired, or Withdrawn listings for the agent. Obviously you would need to include the field for "Sold Date" if you wanted to limit the sales for a particular period of time. Then you can add any other search fields you would also like to have to search on for your new "Custom Search". You will need to name your "Custom Search" to save it, so I would pick something like "Agent Sales".

Now, the only thing you need is the "Agent Code" for the agent(s) you wish to search on. You can get this by searching for the agent(s) in the "Roster" section of the website. Just write down or cut and paste the code(s) of the agent(s) you want to see into a text document and save it to your Desktop so you can use it later, and your set.

Now go do your seach using the "Agent Code(s)" you have and your new "Custom Search".

Hi

Your broker, or mentor, can probably help you navigate your MLS. Check to see if there is an online help guide, or contact the local MLS office.

A CA Realtor may provide some info about licensing requirements there. Some states have reciprocity; others not. You can probably find that online, also.

You might want to edit your profile to reflect your status as a RE Pro.

Good luck as a new Reatlor. You might want to check out Active Rain, as there is a bit more Realtor to Realtor dialogue there. Of course, you are welcome on Trulia, too!
