Come visit one of America's best kept secrets and you will truly fall in love with our subtropical paradise!

Just 35 miles east of Orlando, Brevard County prides itself as the home of Kennedy Space Center, the only facility in the world that launches the Space Shuttle; Port Canaveral, the second-busiest cruise port in the world; 72 miles of beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches; and the largest collection of endangered wildlife and plants in the continental United States. With its tropical weather, cultural activities, educational opportunities, active and passive recreation options, high-technology industries, and family-friendly atmosphere, the Space Coast offers an exceptional quality of life that residents and visitors enjoy year-round. Nearly 500,000 people call its 15 municipalities and unincorporated areas "home."

Hi Fred,
Don't overlook the Sarasota/Venice area....There are some great deals here and the "quality of life" here is unparalleled. Check out our website with a direct link to the local MLS and preview area properties.

Do you have any interest in Northwest Florida? You can have a peek at our website http://www.buythegulf.com -- here you can find some short videos of the beaches, a photo gallery, property listings, etc. If you think you would like to know more about the Emerald Coast, we would be happy to help.

Responding to Diane's comment; I am just dreaming, not yet looking. But Michael Saunders has a great web site. It allows you to look at all listings within a certain neighborhood, not just city/town, and gives you info on the neighborhood. I found the neighborhood feature really helpful. Here's the link:

If you like to be on the water in a high end (top ten in fla) and pay a short sale price check this out, I'll be ther in the office next tuesday: http://avalarfloridarealty.net/default.aspx .
Also you can check my site for foreclosure, I'll get you financed and walk trough all tax benefits; including a Down payment program........entirely paid by the county!

What area are you looking in? I just bought this year in the Sarasota area and had an excellent agent from Michael Saunders. If you'd like her contact info, reach me via my website. The market is really down. I purchased a 1 BR from a seller who bought 2 years ago for 50K less than he paid for it. Of course, my agent did a fabulous job!

Hi Fred,

I'm not sure where exactly you are interested but Trulia shows results for 2-bed, 1 bath condos all over the gulf coast. I've included a link to those we have listed in Tampa and encourage you to check out other areas as well. The map at the following link should help you as well: http://www.trulia.com/sitemap/Florida-real-estate/
