The house is listed at 149,900. I placed a bid at 140,000 with 6% seller assist. Was this the wrong move? My realtor told me to come in at 145,000 with the assist. What do you think? The house is located in zip 19150 and listed on trulia

Request your realtor to speak with the listing agent to try to determine what the sellers took exception with. If your effort reveals there isn't anything acceptable it may be advisable to begin over with another offer if you have tha ability to do so.

Good luck

Ask that question directly to your agent; from there decide your next step.

There are too many factors for us to tell you what to do or why the sellers did not counter.

Did you Realtor ask the listing agent for a counter?

Usually the Realtors can discuss what happened and find a way to move forward.

Real estate agent cant provide an opinion we dont have all facts involved in order speak with a buyer. If your agent recommends $145K take their suggestion they have knowledge what is taking place.

If you low ball an offer many sellers dont counter offer find waste of their time.
