Hi Mona:
Once a sale has closed the MLS systems are updated. Generally, this information is good for a period of about two years - depending on your local guidelines.....

I just noticed you are a RE Pro... have you signed on with a brokerage? Have you just gotten your license? Once you sign on with a broker; and get going on the MLS you should contact them directly to get some one on one training. They are always helpful to new agents.

You are a Real Estate Pro and you don't know how to find out what a house has sold for?

An agent would have that information through the MLS right away. Some agent websites will give allow you to look it up yourself, but it is hard to find those. Most newspapers have real estate transactions but they are months delayed because they get it from the filing from the county.

Hi Mona,

Trulia may have this information available. Please access the link below and perform a search in the area you are interested in. Once our for sale results populate on the next page you can select the 'Recently Sold Homes' or 'Property Records' tab to find the home you are interested in.

I hope this helps you.

Ask a Realtor, go on http://www.zillow.com, or to online to your county assessor.
If you are an agent, speak with your broker.
