Sherri is right. So many buyers think they are saving money not working with their own agent. When in our area the seller has money set aside to pay for you to be legally represented by a buyers agent. The listing agent works for the seller and the sellers best interests. When you make an offer through the listing agent you have no one to care about your interests and negotiate on your behalf in the transaction. If you are thinking of interviewing agents I would like to throw my hat in the ring.
Happy house hunting,

It doesn't appear that this home is for sale. If you are interested in making an offer on home that is listed for sale, it is advisable that you contact an agent to represent you and make the offer for. There isn't a fee for this as the commission has been negotiated with the seller when the home was listed.
