Terrence,

I don't believe that is the property because the process is not yet complete. Must be another one.

Jerry,

I did run across two properties for sale in the MLS on Georges Lane. One for $45,900 (bank owned) and the other for $135,000 (not bank owned).

I've checked the sheriff sale site as well. No luck there.

Hope that helps. If you need to get a list of homes in the area which are available, give me a call or email me.

Jerry,

You will not be able to do anything as of yet because its not yet for sale. There is not even an address so how do you know that you want it?

There are several properties on Georges Lane. What is the exact address? I would be more than happy to provide additional information if I had the address.
