Mercedes, Home Buyer in 07032

Looking for a Realtor in Warren County.

Asked by Mercedes, 07032 Thu Sep 20, 2007

Went to an open house and liked the realtor who was showing the home. Let her know what our situation is and that we aren't working with anyone. She said she would send me a listing of what was available in the area but still haven't received anything. When I tried to look at her website its wasn't up and running and it looks like she's only doing it part time. How do I go about finding the right realtor for us?

Warren County is in New Jersey. I only know this because Mercedes has asked other questions.

Until you find a Realtor, if you simply want listings, I will be glad to send them to you. You can call our office and speak w/ someone at our customer service desk. You will speak w/ someone who is licensed and a salaried staff member who will assist you.

You will still need a good buyers agent to work w/ you closely in your exact area. You can try to search http://crs.com for Realtors w/ the CRS designation. Those Realtors have completed volume and educational requirements in residential sales in order to have achieved the designation. The one downfall of the site is that it lists the agent by the town of their office on the list. If you go to the Realtors profile, you may find they actually work a nearby town.

I cannot property service your needs as a buyer in Warren County, but I will be happy to provide you input, listings, etc. Feel free to reach out to me directly, or simply call our office.

Would that be Warren County Ohio? If so I can probably help you out.

You might also consider visiting the REBAC website. This is the site for the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. You can obtain some general information on the home buying process and search for an Accredited Buyer's Representative ( ABR ) in your area.

Best of luck !

Ask people you respect who they use. If you can't find anyone, I am licensed in NJ, but at the shore. I can ask some of my buyers who have relocated from the Warren area who they used and whether or not they were happy with their agent. You can contact me via my website, below.
