Are the foreclosures in Lynwood Park area? We were looking at older homes in Silver lake for example which seem to holding there value.

My understanding of the statistics and in watching their market base - the area has faired much better than the rest of the Metro Atlanta area. Although the higher ranged homes have larger days on market the lower end spectrum has a much better turn around. ROI is forecasted better again, than the other metro area's - even the 'burbs!
The average sales price for those homes was $849,383 and the average days on market was 85. For this price range the days on market are just below average.
