From he most recent FEMA map it's difficult to determine a solid answer to your question. There is a Zone A flood plain that runs right adjacent to Trigger road which your property may or may not fall into. Zone A fall into the 100 year flood plain.
Your best bet is going to be to consult the closing title documents that you received when you purchased the property or, if you no longer have those documents, you can call a title company to see if they would be willing to supply that information. Another option is to contact FEMA and purchase a FEMA flood map or possibly contact El Paso County Planning Department for advice and resources.
You could also ask your home insurer, however that might trigger and increase in your premiums if you are indeed in a flood plain and it was over looked at the time you purchased your homeowners insurance. This however may be a good thing if you aren't already covered by flood insurance as many people find out too late they are not.
In any event, this is important information to determin for certain.
