as TEN G. Does anyone know what that means? I've googled the term and was not able to find a definition. Could it be local real estate terminology? Or maybe something to do with banks, foreclosures, or maybe a form? I also tried looking up acronyms and did not find a definition that fit the usage.
Thanks!

this is a marketing incentive for selling real estate agents that is being run by Coldwell Banker Gundaker. If an agent sells (not lists, but sells) a property that is a 10G listing, the seller of that property has put $250 in a pot along with 40 other sellers. The 40 agents who sell those properties will then be put in a drawing and one of those agents will win $10,000. it's to encourage agents to show those properties in the hopes that their buyers will then like the properties and buy them. Cheaper than an individual selling agent bonus for the seller, but more money for one potential selling agent.
