As said this home is located in the flood plain. I lived in River Plantation for 10 years, when they widened the Frwy they did somethings to alleviate some of the flooding in River Plantation but this particular home was in Deep Water.
River Plantation has some bank owned homes for sale and some more that are not deep into the flood plain that are priced well. I can show you where the 100 year flooding and the 500 year flooding were. We are not likely to have any of the 500 year flooding again. My home insurance guy owns there.
If you find other homes in that area I will be happy to tell you about the water or non water.
Much of RP had non but is priced lower because of the flood homes.
No, this home is in the pending status, which means an offer has been accepted. The list price on this home was $85,900, which is not typical for the River Plantation subdivision. However, this home is in the flood plane and has been flooded before. It is a foreclosure and there are no disclosures.
