My name is Fr. Peter Sanchez, FCM and I am a member of St. Mary's American National Catholic Church. We are an open and affirming church, and no one is excluded from the table of the Lord. We are beginning our parish here in Ft. Lauderdale and are looking to use sanctuary space or a chapel, as we are a very small church, but with God's Grace we will grow, spreading God's love to all who have been marginalized by others. Initially we would give a donation, but as we grow we would be able to pay our fair share of rent. Seating capacity is 280 for the building. We have a professional kitchen also available. The stage downstairs and seating.

My name is Jesus Nieves and we are looking at properties in the Miami Lakes Area for leasing for our church.
We need around 10,000 to 12,000 square feet. Will love to have a main area for worship for about 600 to 700 heads, a second area for about 200 heads and 10 break rooms for our kids we have around 200 total.
We are putting together a team to find us the space on Thursday. Will love to have options for them in that area near the Palmetto.
