A hidden jewel -- the ENCLAVE AT GROVE HILL is the only NEW GATED COMMUNITY that is INNER CITY. the community is 4 miles to downtown. DAVID WEEKLEY is the home builder and is well known in the Houston and Dallas market. This community can be found at the intersection of LAWNVIEWN @ GROVE HILL; you can build a brand new home or buy and existing home. This is a surprise to a lot of folks - even the Dallas Police stats for 2009 show this community experience's the least amount of crime compare to the rest of the City! Folks call this community THE NEW EAST DALLAS........i hope this helps you out? Most important, do your research. one more thing, i'm not an agent just and person involved in his community

Hi Patricia,

There are a lot of townhome communities to choose from in our area. That particular market is a little 'soft' right now so there are some great buying opportunities. You can search MLS directly from my website (no registration required) so you'll have a better idea about what's available in your price range. I'd love to help you with your home search when you're ready and would be happy to help with other relocation information in the meantime. Feel free to give me a call! 469-450-1326. I would welcome the opportunity to earn your business.

Hello Patricia,
Moving is always a big event. You really need to feel comfortable about the realtor you select to service your needs. I am sure everyone would like to have your business. However, you should make sure you know as much about the realtor you pick as possible. Visit their websites and see what they say about themselves and their team. Look to see if anyone has given them any testimonials and then make sure they have experience in real estate. All of these things will make your real estate hunt and purchase a much more pleasurable experience. I also have active listings on my website that you can preview. If you are wanting someone who has the knowledge and experience to assist you, please don't hesitate to give me a call. Thank you again for allowing the realtor community to assist you.

Patricia,

You will love Texas. As a former Shreveport native myself, I have loved living in Texas for the last 20 pluse years.

There are a lot of properties on the market in that area so you should not have much trouble finding something. I understand that the Shreveport market is doing okay (I still have friends there) so you should not have too much trouble selling there.

If you could tell us your price range, we can send you a list of condos and townhomes that are available right now. Of course, it will change in 6 months but at least you can get an idea of what is available in your price range right now.

If we can help, just let us know. Best of luck in your move to Dallas.

You can have full Multiple listing service access at my website. I pay for the feed directly from MLS and we do not monitor or track your information. We have a good stable market here. You should be able to find what you are looking for. Thanks as always, Mike

Patricia,

There is lots of availability in the area.
What price range do you have?
What size home are you in now?
Do you need 1 or 2 car garage?
Do you need to sell first before you buy?
You can search the entire MLS on my website or I can set up a search for you at http://www.teamlynn.com.
I've lived in Dallas and Ft Worth for over 20 years now and would be glad to assist you with your search.
Just let me know how we can best assist you.

If you email me your address I would be happy to send you a cma and try to give youu an approx list price. If you do not have a selling agent consider my services. I list for a flat 4% and give full listing services. Price is king in this market and with me you could have more flexibility in your price. Also if you purchase through me as well I will rebate you 20% of my commission at closing. We can have your property listed by tomorrow.

Thanks for your consideration

Patricia,

Let us know how we can help. What information would be helpful for you at this point? Have you visited the area? Are you working with a Real Estate professional to sell your home in LA? Do you need a referral?

Please see the link below and it will update you on what's available in the Higland Park, "M Streets" area as soon as it becomes available. We provide this service free of charge. It will let you know when a property becomes available, if there's a price change and when it becomes unavailable. This will let you gauge the market a bit from Shreveport.
