You can lease it on a month to month tenancy, but its usually difficult to sell a house when it is rented. Sometimes the tenants can do more harm than good.

One good rule of thumb is to ask for references for anyone that you might consider as a potential property manager or a Realtor. I'm a property manager myself, let me know where your property is and maybe a could possibly help you.

You can get reliable & trustworthy property management through any one of the major real estate companies.Every major company will have a seperate property management division. i am sure you will get many responses from agents here, but if not, please feel free to contact me if you need a referral.
