In 2007, he quitclaimed to Chyeme Culbertson, which means the existing loan was taken subject to, and then Downey Savings and Loan foreclosed and acquired title last October by trustee's sale. The weird thing is the quitclaim appears to be from the trust to Culbertson, and the Trust was not in title at that point.
I used to have more access but our illustrious legislators have restricted ANY services that the title companies provide to realtors without charging us. Somewhere they believed that title companies providing those services created a loyalty with between title companies and realtors that hurt the general public. ..... that garbage has hurt us all. (sorry I digress)
