To be fair to you, there is really no way to answer that question via Trulia. Anyone answering will probably not have seen your home (in person).
May I ask why you are thinking of selling?
I would suggest that you ask a local Realtor to provide you with a Comparable Market Analysis. Also, I would suggest discussing your reasons for moving and develop some options from which you can select one that best suits your needs.
Until I have the address, it is difficult to answer this question for you. If you want a value prepared for you, please e-mail email@example.com and put your townhome address in the subject line and your name and Trulia in the e-mail. Then I can pull the tax record, research similar townhomes in the area, review records, and come up with a good selling price range for your townhome.
At some point later on I will need to know the amount you owe on all loans, mortgages, trusts, and lines of credit associated with this townhome, so I can figure out what you might make on your home at a certain selling price.
200K - 250K is a big spread for a townhouse.

How many beds/ Baths?
Hows the condition?
What and how much is the HOA?
Do you have any prepayment penalties?
Of course it is always nice to see the property in person, however if you can answer these questions we can narrow down a range.
