Business is business. The more you get the better your bottom line. I only know of a handfull of agents who are too busy to accept more business than their present business plan is generating.
An ideal way to market yourself is to find a source of repeat business. A source such as a small builder who will just keep on giving you listing after listing. OR, perhaps a bank that has tons of REO properties. The reason you want this kind of business is because you don't have to keep prospecting for another client. Make one happy with your professionalism that can keep on sending you more and your life will be easier. - Just my opinion.
