Property Trade Proposal?

Do you have anyone in Sun City or Surprise area that might want to trade property equity for my home equity? This market is bad and we wish to retire but we, as many, are caught in this mess. My house had been on the Market for over a year and I have finally reduced the price 75K. . I would be willing to trade properties with perhaps one of your clients or investors that has been willed Sun City property that they can’t inhabit locally because they may have a young family and can’t go to an adult community. Of course we would be willing to pay the usual fees to you for handing such a transaction. We have a 5bd/3bth/extended 3car built by Greystone in 03. Poolw/real rock water fall. Den with FP / kitchen eating nook. Too bad th MLS can't electronically filter Trade ideas.

I applaud your creative thinking. Being open to an exchange scenario can only widen your pool of potential "takers" for your property. Just be sure to continue to consider traditional buyers as well.

I live a mile away form another Del Webb Sun City in Roseville California. I only know about your Sun City from the videos they showed when they first sold Sun City here in Roseville.

There are thousands of agents and investors involved in real estate exchange; for example I attend Sacramento Real Estate Exchange Group Meetings in my area.

When considering a trade investors ask if the loan is assumable and how much equity does the trader have.

Hey Sandi
You have a great chance at making that happen. I would tell your Realtor to pull up all the Canceled, Expired, TOM, and Active. Since 01/01/07.

Look them over, from your computer. See which ones you think you might like to live in. Then have your Realtor give them a call.

I have a divorce couple in PRIVATE. with a large ranch.1.25 Horse property. He has moved on and wants the Equity. She wants to stay in PRIVATE in a 3/2.

I have made about 3 hours of phone calls in three days. No takers, however a lot of maybes. I am very Optimistic.

Stay positive it can happen!
