Are there any good loans out there that the insterest is not high and pmi is not high with 100% financing.?

Honestly it's so frustrating, I really don't know what way to go, I was thinking of calfha, but as I heard the interest is high and so is the pmi, How are supposed to make out here, if everything is so difficult. We have great credit, the only problem is the downpayment, but yet there are not many loans out there that can help us make our dream of owning a home true!

Talk to Orrin Joseph and have him put you in touch with a local lender. Ask the local lender about FHA with a 3% dp. You should be able to afford a 3% dp, if not save up for a short time. It's possible, don't give up your dream!

100% financed loans are of the past. All lenders NOW require you have a downpayment returning how homes were purchased years ago.
