What are you looking for? The golf course offers 18 holes of beauty. New homes are being built everyday with mountain views. The "sun" streets have homes ranging from new to 18 years of age that have established yards and greenery, along with beautiful mountain views. On the bypass, new homes are being built with 360 degree views, a new theatre recently opened, and more commerical and residential growth will follow. Call me if you'd like to talk! 575-430-9304

Where depends on what you need and want. A mature tree would be in an older established neighbor hood. Shade would be a covered patio. Most of Alamogordo does not have thru streets in the subdivisions, so traffic is low and safe for children. We show our buyers Alamogordo and point out areas and price ranges to help them decide. Established in 1898, Alamogordo has a great history and growth is from historical housing to the latest new construction. Let Jean and I show you Alamogordo.

The best area in Alamogordo depends on your needs and wants. The golf course area is a much desired neighborhood by many looking for a home in Alamogordo. There are other areas though that meet the needs of many of my buyers. There are new neighborhoods with homes built in the last 3 years as well as new construction. Then there are older established neighborhoods with well-built homes. I would be glad to show you what is available in these areas or visit my website for a search of all of Alamogordo.
