I'm not sure what the current demand is, but I know that there has been an increase in homes in the market. It's a great time to buy - or rent. I would recommend talking to a realtor to see what inside information they have.

there is a lot of demand for CHEAP rentals in North Pole. Most rentals are so overpriced that no one can afford them unless they are in the military and get housing money. By cheap, I mean under $1000 a month for a tiny place!

Sue,
Honestly, I know nothing about rental demand in North Pole but I do know there is a tremendous demand for both annual and seasonal rentals in Venice, Florida. Additionally, you can't beat the weather regardless of the time of year.

Love to help if there is any interest.
