1. the more your background or why you think youâ€™re giving a qualified opinion the more consumers will trust/value that opinion
2. those that provide answers that focus on selling and spend less time providing valuable/trusted information, the less likely you are to get contacted by a consumer
3. consumers that find your content interesting will read through other answers that you provide. if they are engaged with your content, then they will click to your profile page to find more of it. they will also look at your location â€“ many use that to qualify statements.
