The only negative I have heard is parking is difficult. The HOA has some pretty strict rules about where and when guest or 2nd cars can be parked. I do not recall the details. There are daily time restrictions on cars parked that are not in your driveway or garage.
There is one "Trailer Park" near. I understand it is pretty nice with a pool and amenities and security. I believe the owners of the mobile homes sign a lease agreement to put their homes there. I had a client who lived there for several years. She sold her mobile home there and bought a $200K home in Orange Park.
