As previously stated, commissions are always negotiable and in Las Vegas. Be sure to interview several agents. In light of our current Las Vegas market, marketing is going to be a key compnent to the selling of your home. NEVER pay an agent an upfront fee to market your home, and be sure that the agent you hire has the time to dedicate to manageing your property. There are certinly na fair share of agent that have hundreds of listings leaving your home unattended. Another great tip, google any potential agent.. get a feel for who they are both professionally and personally.

Both myself and my team are dedicated to not only listing, but SELLING your home! I would love to have an opportunity interview for the role of your Realtor all while providing you with a complimentary market analysis.

Commissions are always negotiable and in Las Vegas, Laws prohibit a "standard" commission from being advertised. My team & I are very successful at selling las vegas real estate and are very aggressive with our marketing. You will find our rates are extremely fair. Please call us at 702-604-7739 or check out our group at http://www.teamcoldwell.com. We would love to interview for the position of marketing & selling your home!

Commissions are always negotiable and will vary from agent to agent. Keep in mind, the commission an agent will ask for will pay for marketing materials, co-operative payment to buyer's broker, and fees accrued during the process that protect you as the seller and the agent themselves.

Be weary of agents that offer "discount" commissions, because the money has to come from somewhere, and it is usually in the marketing efforts of your home. You should not pay a dime until the home is successfully sold. To save a percentage point or two on commission paid may cost much more than that in carrying costs and possible necessary price reductions due to the home staying on the market for a longer period of time.

If you have any other questions or would like details of specific services I provide, I'm here to help in any way I can.
