Hello! My parents just recently decided to sell their home in Greensburg on a 1-acre lot. It's gorgeous! Check out the website at 6woodstone.com. If you need more information about it-- their is a "contact us" page on the website where you can e-mail or call them.
Marcella, not sure if you're looking for "just" the lot, but I'm selling a log home on 1.5 acres that's surrounded by tons of acreage (mostly gasline property so it won't be developed anytime soon). For detalis, check out my listing (FSBO) - 807BeaverRoad.com
Lots in residential areas of Greensburg are hard to find. Most are tied to a promise to build something within a year, in other words, they are lots in planned developments. There are more possibilities further from the city. I have a two acre parcel in Hempfield for $36,000. Just ground without building obligations require cash. Banks don't lend on ground alone. Hi, Marcella. I am a Realtor with Howard Hanna who lives in the Greensburg area. A quick search of the multi-list revealed 20 properties with one or more acres in the Greensburg- Salem and Hempfield School Districts, priced from $17,900 to $3.9 million. If you'd like me to send you these properties feel free to email me anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org. I'd love to help. Thanks!
