Realtor.com listings are uploaded by MLS systems so once the change is made to the listing of a particular property on the local MLS, how quickly it is reflected on Realtor.com depends on how quickly the local MLS uploads it to Realtor.com It can take as little as within 24 hours to a few days. You can't make such changes directly on Realtor.com but what a listing agent can do is to directly make changes to the remarks, or title or scrolling banner to reflect any corrections and that can be done immediately. If you have a question that's specific to Memphis, I can suggest a name of a good agent there or you can contact a Memphis area agent yourself about it. What is variable is the local MLS policy in how quickly the change is made but with electronic transmissions these days, it's pretty much the same everywhere.

Both our Multiple Listing Services in metro Atlanta are linked to Realor.com. Changes made usually show up within a few hours, but you may also go onto the Realtor.com Control Panel and implement the changes yourself..
