Commercial real estate is a little bit different from buying a residential property in that there is not just one source of listings or information. To insure that I do not miss any potential property opportunities I subscibe to the Commercial Broker's Association,, and the NWMLS. Further, some brokers choose not to distribute the information about some listings to the public so you also either need to call a bunch of brokers to find the right property or hire the right agent to do the searching for you.

To your success!

you can go to my website; It has feeds from both the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and CBA, the commercial listing service.

I am actually dealing with SMD- a private group in Seattle.
They are an excellent source for these types of properties. They do not have a website.
These are the only property types they deal with-not only in Seattle, but in and out of the US.
Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in finding out more.

There are two basic multiple listing services in Seattle - the regular MLS which is mostly residential, given that is the bulk of properties and agents in the market. There is also the commercial MLS or CBA; contact an agent that is a CBA member for assistance.

If you are looking for commercial properties, your best bet is to find a commercial real estate agent that specializes in what you are looking for. They will have the expertise and the access to the listings. Good luck!

Commercial properties are listed on CBA in the Puget Sound area.
As Mario said, our NWMLS will have some as well, but CBA is the most used one here.

The best in the country is
Although certain commercial regions in the country do not use the service. Your area tends to prefer the very costly and proprietary For sale listings on the service are free, although the rest of info costs a pretty penny.
Never forget the local MLS. I find diamonds in the rough there on occasion.
