According to the assessor's office the home is owned by a husband and wife. While I would not list their names here (for their privacy) it is available to you through the assessor. It is currently listed with a REALTOR from another company that is not Keller Williams, but since listed you must make offers through the listing agent. Ownership is therefore somewhat irrelevant. It's been listed for 122 days at $164,900. At this time it is subject to short sale approval. So while owned still by husband and wife a bank may have told them it's time to sell. Any one of thousands of agents in Northwest Indiana can show it to you. I'd like to be that one.
