Nancy Piller, Renter in Hellertown, PA

Looking for small (1000sq ft) townhouse in Charlottesville, Va into WV area.

Asked by Nancy Piller, Hellertown, PA Fri Jul 13, 2007

I would rather have a small space that is elegant rather than large area that is cheap. What is the best place to look? I would like to be in a town that has a downtown where you can hangout and is dog-friendly. Thanks for any help in pointing me in the right direction.

Of course we are in Charlottesville Virginia which is a relatively small town--40,000 in the city and 60,000+ in the county.
It does have a GREAT Downtown--walking mall.
You can go to our website for all of our available properties.

I'd go for one of the elegant, new construction townhomes downtown. Nice views, excellent access (walking) to everything downtown. Check out The Downtown Mall--artsy-craftsy, restaurants, boutiques. And then, of course, you've got the University right down the road with all of its offerings. And you can get around easily either by the free trolley service or the Charlottesville Transit System

More info on my web site. Feel free to browse. Give me a call or e-mail and we can talk some. No big woop...I'd look forward to sharing and getting to know you.

All my best,

Nancy -

Just a point of clarification - what do you mean by "WV area"?
