It is quite different depending on the price point you are looking in. In our upper end $450K and up, prices are down as much as 20-30%. Between $300k and $450k, prices are down by 4 - 6%. Under $300k things are holding up a lot better, maybe depreciated by 3% and sometimes no depreciation (all of this is according to conversations with appraisers and among real estate agents here). I have a listing for $209,900 that has been on the market less than a week and it received 3 offers yesterday! I'm pretty sure a lot of people in the country would love to have that experience if they were selling. Feel free to check out my company's website. My name is Shauna. I'd love to help if you have other questions.
