Robert, Both Buyer and Seller in 11552

Hi, I am researching the property around 1652 Beaconsfield Drive and have some questions if anyone is familiar

Asked by Robert, 11552 Mon Mar 30, 2009

Why is Trulia showing this as sold for $443,250 however the Pasco County website shows this to be vacant land? Actually, there is a whole string of houses on this street showing on Trulia as having sold for exactly $443,250. This seems to be way higher than any "actual" sales in this area and I find this to be very misleading. Can anyone help me understand this?

Your best information for home sales is the local MLS, and a local Realtor, not Trulia. Like my Dad always said "Garbage in, Garabge out". MLS show these homes sold for between $320,000 and 500,000. These homes were built between 2006 and 2008, if they were just built the property appraisers website will still show them as vacant land, until they re-assess the property. Please call me for further explanation or more questions, thanks
