Mike: This is a very nice looking house. Depending on your income and ability to make the monthly payments, the real answer to your question is that it is quite possible to purchase this home with ZERO down payment. In addition, if you are a first time home buyer (have not owned a home in the past three years) you would also qualify for a $7500 Refundable Tax Credit... which means that you could actually buy it for less thn Zero down. If you would like more information about the tax credit or the Zero Down loan, email me at RealEstateMarty@mchsi.com. Good Luck!

Mike,

To answer your question on 124,900 the minimum down payment would be 3.5 percent and that is $4371.50 which leaves you with plenty of money if you have 15k to spend. Remember my job is to make sure you don't over pay so don't make an offer without having a Realtor do a CMA on any house you want to make an offer on.
