Hello Dominique- I have 2-3 names in and around Manchester that could certainly help you out with your RE goals and investing. They are brokers and active members of the NH Real Estate Investors Association- a very good group that focuses on real estate investing, landlords, creative financing, etc. Feel free to call or email me. Thanks, and Good luck,

If you are looking to invest in the Manchester area, you should interview buyers agents who specialize in that specific field. i.e residential, commercial or multy family. If you have specific questions please feel free to email me. I have access to alot of bank owned multi families if multy families are what you seek.

You ask if there is a good list of buyer-brokers that UNDERSTAND and practice creative real estate investing. In a word--I would say no.

In truth, there are many Realtors who are qualified as buyer-agents, and many who have the designations to show they have taken and passed the classes--CBR, REBAC, and the like. But if you want an agent to work with you and for you, and to understand your specific INVESTMENT needs--for that you will have to interview agents and select one that makes sense for you.

Please understand that if you are looking for appraisals, financial evaluations or legal assistance, you might better go to an Appraiser, a CPA or a lawyer--as Realtors are usually not qualified as any of those.

Realtors normally do not charge the buyer for their efforts, while these professionals do. You will be making up your own mind in this regard.

Good luck achieving your investment goals.
