Yes, there are. Wilton is a lovely area for a horse in Sacramento as well as some of the outskirts in Auburn...

The Ranches in Wilton are about 20 miles southeast of Sacramento. Prices in Wilton for nice horse properties range from 400,000 to 2 million. Elverta is about 5 miles northeast of Sacramento, prices there range from about $400,000 to about 1.2 million for nice horse properties. Granite Bay (where my office is located) and Lincoln and Loomis in south placer county are about 15 miles northeast of the city. Prices for horse properties are higher in these communities because they are the best ones. From a low of 600,000 to over 3 million. http://www.metrolistmls.com/
