Trulia also show every extensive property records about tens of millions of properties in the US. You can search for the city that property is located in and select the "Property Records" tab on the search results page. The link below should get you started.

You can also search by address by typing the exact address in our search box, for example "124 Main Street, Anytown, PA". The more information you give our search engine (e.g. "Street" or "Avenue", the state code, etc) the better.

You can find out the past value by checking property tax record. The county assessor sure will have the sale history and sold price for annual tax assessment.

You can also outstanding mortgage, tax status, ownership history, delinquent taxes even liens and foreclosure information by purchase a property report. You can get an online report within few minutes on website such as http://www.nextace.com or http://www.searchq.com

All you need is the home address to start a search. If the report is available, you only pay a small fee to download.

I would refer you to the county assessment website for price sold. Contact an agent for the value assessment.

Yes, check your county real estate assessment website.

Yes, the price that a home sold for is information in the public domain. Call our office at 610-627-4902 anytime we can easily access that information for you and we will have other pertinent information such as
if the seller made concessions that would not reflect in the sale price on Zillow and other websites.
We are happy to provide you with all the information you need to make the most informed real estate decisions.

The best place to find that information is from the county public records or through a real estate agent. Many sites like zillow are too far behind in the records to give you the most current information.

The best online resources are zillow.com, propertyshark.com and eppraisal.com. If neither has info on the home your looking for you can always get the info from the county recorder or a local real estate agent.
