It,s not necessarily the agents who are responsible for missing addresses. just this week,an agent in my office was upset to discover that the address was missing from one of her listings. She wanted it posted. it was not there because of an administrative oversight somewhere. someone, somewhere along the line inadvertantly omitted it. It was not her doing,or Trulia's
After doing a bit of research, it appears that this property may be "under contract" or "closed". If you are not quite ready to speak directly with an agent, I suggest you contact Better Homes, Middletown directly @ (732) 957-0300, give them the price and the listing agent's name, Tania Gisonna and tell them you just want info on the property. There should be no obligation to get answers and for the benefit of the seller they should gracefully respond to your request for info.
Unfortunately, many companies/realtors do not disclose the address because they want to keep your business for themselves rather than allow other realtors' clients who are perusing the internet to get the business. In my opinion, this type of control is hurting a seller and hindering/limiting the possibility of a sale.
