We do have a real estate agent and house is listed on all websites and is in great location and neighbourhood. On an average how many buyers see a house on sale like in a week or a month to say it is normal traffic ?

I am a home stager and what I find alot is that realtors often do not have good pictures posted of your home. Some don't even have pictures of the inside of the home. If you do have pictures and they look good I would question the price. You may want to contact a Home Stager in your area to come out for a consultation to see if they have suggestions for making your house stand out above the competition. I would also have your Realtor find out if there was any feedback, negative or positive, from the one showing that you received. Have you had a Broker Open House or just regular open houses for the public?

Traffic varies from region to region, and traffic can also be impacted by national and local news, economic changes, and even weather. For a new listing, one showing does seem light but discuss with your Realtor what she/he is seeing on listings in general.

That all being said, if you aren't getting showings, the buyer population is saying something to you. Don't ignore that feedback. If the property is well photographed, in a good area, and well marketed, you may need to really consider if you've priced it agreesively enough. If there is a question, don't delay. Price reductions early on are critical if you think you might be overprice.

Best of luck to you.
