You can check out MLSLI.com but I would have a realtor come over, look at your place, and give you their thoughts on the value of the property. Even with coops, the prices may vary somewhat depending on location, floor, condition, updates, etc. I would be pleased to assist you. Feel free to contact me anytime.

You can also start by checking MLSLI.com. as well. Look at the most recent sold properties in your area. Any good realtor will also be able to help.

propertyshark.com will give you every sale in the building and all buildings within any radius you choose and within any time frame you choose. this is information directly from the city.
