Jon Tucker with RE/MAX 100. Sadly homes that are in the foreclosure process often suffer damage. It may be that the bank does not have title yet and therefore does not have the right to make repairs or to stabilize the home. There is often a gap between when an owner walks away from the home, the court sale, the court ratification of sale, and the possession by the bank.
If you are interested, I would like to work with you to acquire a home in Maryland if you are not working with an agent. Thanks, Jon Tucker, 443.538.4316, TuckerRealty@comcast.net, http://www.JonTuckerHomes.com
