instead of telling you how great I am I want to try answer your question. Generally, a community with few resales has something going for it. It may be the management,location, high owner-occupant ratio or a combination of any of those. The main objective, however, should be that you like what you picked and can picture yourself there for the next 10 years. If you like two properties alike, I would go for the one the has a lower turnover.
