Are people tearing down houses in Central Ohio so they can build on the lots?

This has become common in areas where land is scarce. Is the same thing happening in lovely Central Ohio?

I don't think it is happening a lot. There is bit of that in Upper Arlington but for the most part it is not happening in our market. New Albany is too new. We have lots of cornfields to expand out into...

The simple answer is no, with perhaps one exception and that would be in the Upper Arlington area, where select properties might be demolished and replaced with new builds.
