Emortgage Logic, Clear Capital, FARVV (Corelogic), Fiserv (ISGN), and you might want to stay away from a few companies that have problems paying agents. I won't list them, but google BPO Company won't pay and you will see who they are. No point in working for free. Also, there are companies you can pay to get BPOs from, and generally from what I've seen and agents I teach on BPOs, you break even or come out a little ahead.

Right now, I'd say those that have work. Kevin's is a good answer and you'd want to get signed up with as many of the large companies as possible. And some get more work regionally so I'd ask others in your state.

Here are two states you can check out.

Good luck!

Hello Nick, there are many companies out there to sign up with. I would recommend Ocwen, Fidelity, Old Repulic.
