Has the sub prime situation affected prices in the Oakland County Real Estate market?

Not much, though credit standards will be tightening for sub prime borrowers so they will begin to have less option. The automotive industry has long been the primary factor to influence the housing market in Oakland County. This is changing, but it is still the major player.
