I do not work in that area, however I have a few pointers.
Assuming that you are thinking of purchasing this property....
Are you more interested in the property, or the neighborhood?
If its' the neighborhood, then if I were your consulant I would do a little broader search to help you (the buyer) understand the market.
Usually when one property goes on the market in a neighborhood, two or three other follow. So if I were your consultant, I'd have a profile of your target property, and that obviously include the target neighborhood, schools, etc. and would have an "agreed upon plan" in place. When a property matching your preferences comes on the market , you know about it. Perhaps we do some targetted marketing to uncover some sellers that might sell.
I'd ask a Realtor in that area to provide you with the info you seek. If you do not yet have someone you trust, then find one and put them to work.
I'd also ask you why you want to know about the previous owners.. Hate to say it , but time is money. So make your case.
