the taxes are $16200. before star.home was built in 1913 so has alot of old world charm. it is on a main road but close to all.the post office is scarsdale but the town is eastchester.many times when a home is near boarder of another town, the PO might be one town even though the house is in another town. I grew up in this area so if you are interested in this or any other, please let me know

Chris -
What is your budget for taxes? Part of the services of using a good real estate agent is that we take all your requirements and do the searching for you. With so many websites out there and so much information, we can give you data direct from the input site so there is no guess work. I would be happy to meet with you and show you what I offer to my Buyer clients when they hire me to be their agent. Please contact me today and let's talk.

Although the taxes are listed as $16,200 that does not include the STAR credit, which would bring them down to around $15,000. It also states the current homeowner is grieving the taxes, which means that they feel the house is over assessed and are trying to get the taxes lowered.

I have seen this house, ( I also live in this area) and it is very nicely maintained, but on a busier street. If you would like to view this home I would be happy to set up an appointment to show it to you.
Good luck in your search!
